Operating Instructions of the start-up and shutdown of the belt filter press
Meibang brand belt filter press is a new type of sludge dewatering equipment independently designed and produced by our company. It is widely used in mining tailings, sand washing and dehydration, textile, aluminum, printing and dyeing, electroplating, papermaking, leather, brewing, food processing and kaolin. The mechanical equipment for the sludge dewatering process of petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, ceramics, urban water supply and drainage industries and river silt is also suitable for the industrial production of solid-liquid separation or liquid leaching process, which is ideal for resource recovery and environmental treatment equipment.
Operating Instructions of the start-up and shutdown of the belt filter press
1) Boot steps
(1) After starting the air compressor, wait for 3 to 5 minutes until the air pressure stabilizes. Open the upper and lower mainframes on the air control box and tension the tensioning section so that the mesh belt is in tension.
(2) Start the main transmission, vice conveyor 1 # drive, and through the inverter to adjust the motor speed to get the required belt speed.
(3) Start the clear water pump and make sure there is high-pressure clean water sprayed on the mesh belt.
(4) Start dosing pump, material pump.
2) Stop steps
(1) Turn off the sludge pump and dosing pump to confirm that the sludge no longer enters the equipment.
(2) After the mesh belt is rinsed clean, the cleaning pump can be turned off to ensure that the sludge does not remain on the mesh belt, so as to prevent the mesh from being plugged after the mesh is dried, and it is difficult to clean.
(3) Close the main drive, auxiliary drive and 1# drive, and finally turn off the air compressor.
3) Matters needing attention
(1) Tightened cylinder output pressure is 0.4~0.6Mpa. If the equipment is used for the first time or has not been used for a long time (dry state at the filter belt), the output pressure of the tensioning cylinder can only be adjusted to 0.3Mpa. After the time can be adjusted to the normal output pressure.
(2) The pressure of the cleaning pump needs to be greater than 0.4~0.5Mpa, so as to prevent the network belt from being cleaned due to the low water pressure.
(3) It is necessary to prepare and stir the drug pool in advance, and start the stirring motor to stir the drug pool for 3 to 4 minutes before starting the dosing pump.
(4) Activate the sludge pump (if the sludge flows from the tank to the equipment by gravity, then open the sludge tank to the valve on the equipment) and observe the flocculation of the agent. If the flocculation effect is not good, adjust the material valve. Or medicine valve, so that the sludge flocculated into the best state into the equipment.
(5) Fine-tune other process parameters so that the belt filter press is in the best working condition.
(6) When shutting down, close the sludge pump first (if there is a tank still need to close the sludge valve), close the dosing pump, and wait for the mesh belt to be cleaned before shutting off the clean water pump to prevent the mesh from plugging.
(7) Turn off the main switch of the electric control box after all stops.
(8) When the machine is shut down for a long time, the sludge in the mixer needs to be washed with high-pressure water and used only after the discharge port can only discharge clean water (if there is a tank, the sludge at the bottom of the tank needs to be discharged). Remaining reagents in the chemical pool are vented to avoid clogging of the drug exits with caking agents.
